| The company strives to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) system to enhance customer service exclusively for large-scale customers in collaboration with electricity producers, according to the energy management direction to achieve Net-Zero carbon Emissions based on the Global Framework Agreement. Subsequently, the share of renewable energy in the power sector would increase by 50% within the next 5 years. Currently, the smart grid system can be used as an efficient control system for the deployment of renewable energy whereas Thailand will be developed under the smart city concept.
| The Company commits to deliver significant investment in the development of our IT and communications infrastructure to be on par with the world’s largest companies. This results in focusing on creating a command link, remote management, and the detailed study on the IT infrastructure associated with the electrical system that will lead to customers’ long-term benefits.
