Vision : วิสัยทัศน์

| The company strives to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) system to enhance customer service exclusively for large-scale customers in collaboration with electricity producers, according to the energy management direction to achieve Net-Zero carbon Emissions based on the Global Framework Agreement. Subsequently, the share of renewable energy in the power sector would increase by 50% within the next 5 years. Currently, the smart grid system can be used as an efficient control system for the deployment of renewable energy whereas Thailand will be developed under the smart city concept.

| The Company commits to deliver significant investment in the development of our IT and communications infrastructure to be on par with the world’s largest companies. This results in focusing on creating a command link, remote management, and the detailed study on the IT infrastructure associated with the electrical system that will lead to customers’ long-term benefits.

| มุ่งพัฒนาระบบ Artificial Intelligence (AI) ของบริษัทฯ เพื่อรองรับการให้บริการลูกค้าขนาดใหญ่ร่วมกับผู้ผลิตไฟฟ้า ตามทิศทางของการจัดการพลังงาน เพื่อลด Net Zero Emission ตามกรอบการตกลงระดับโลก การผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้าจากนี้ไปภายใน 5 ปีข้างหน้า ต้องเป็นพลังงานทางเลือก Renewable ร้อยละ 50  ซึ่งพลังงานทางเลือกในปัจจุบันนี้ต้องควบคุมด้วยระบบ Smart Grid และประเทศไทยจะพัฒนาเมืองเป็น Smart City อย่างแน่นอน 

| บริษัทฯ จะลงทุนทางด้านโครงสร้างระบบสื่อสาร ระบบ IT ของ บริษัทฯ ให้ทัดเทียมกับบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ของโลก เพื่อเน้นการเชื่อมโยงการสั่งการ การบริหารจัดการทางไกล รวมถึงเข้าไปศึกษาโครงสร้างทางด้าน IT ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบไฟฟ้าอย่างจริงจัง เพื่อผลประโยชน์ของลูกค้าในระยะยาวต่อไป

Mission : พันธกิจ

| Set medium-term goals within 2 - 3 years to reach the fulfilment as a business operator that provides market-leading Smart Grid solutions and technologies for electricity companies, and a software developer that provides internationally acceptable software with its ability to connect and integrate existing software on the platform. Subsequently, the company laid out a development plan on our own proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) in partnership with electricity providers to provide services for large-sized companies. In the meantime, the company will invest in the development of IT and remote communications and construction management systems that will generate additional income recognized in 2023. Additionally, the construction of Smart Grid solutions and technologies will increase a revenue growth of at least 1,000 million baht within 3 years. Therefore, it estimates the company’s total revenue generated from both business lines: construction, and design and development of Smart Grid system, will be worth more than 2,000 million baht per year from 2026 onwards, making the company.

| มีเป้าหมายในระยะกลางอีก 2 - 3 ปี จะพัฒนาเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าในแบบ Smart Grid ให้เช่า และผันตัวเป็นเจ้าของ Software ที่ใช้เชื่อมโยงระหว่าง Software ที่มีอยู่แล้วบนแพลตฟอร์มที่ชาวต่างชาติใช้ และบริษัทฯ มีแผนพัฒนา Artificial Intelligence (AI) ของตัวเองขึ้นมาเพื่อรองรับการให้บริการลูกค้าขนาดใหญ่ร่วมกับผู้ผลิตไฟฟ้า การที่บริษัทฯ จะลงทุนพัฒนาด้าน IT และระบบการก่อสร้างควบคุมและการสื่อสารทางไกล ทำให้รายได้อีกส่วนหนึ่งที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากนี้ จะมีการรับรู้รายได้ตั้งแต่ปี 2566 ในการก่อสร้างระบบควบคุม ระบบไฟฟ้าแบบ Smart Grid และสัดส่วนรายได้จะเพิ่มขึ้นโดยมีรายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000 ล้านบาท ภายใน 3 ปี ดังนั้นบริษัทฯ จะมีรายได้รวมของทั้ง 2 สายงาน ทั้งงานก่อสร้างและงานออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ Smart Grid รายได้ประมาณมากกว่าปีละ 2,000 ล้านบาท ตั้งแต่ปี 2569 เป็นต้นไป
