วันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2562 คุณตะวัน ตันวัชรพันธ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ศรีชลธร จำกัด ได้ร่วมลงนามในสัญญางานจ้างเหมาปรับปรุงระบบจำหน่ายเป็นสายเคเบิลใต้ดิน ตามโครงการพัฒนาระบบไฟฟ้าในเมืองใหญ่ ระยะที่ 1 (Lot 4) ช่วง ถนนประจักษ์, ถนนไชยณรงค์, ถนนราชนิกูล (บางส่วน), ถนนราชดำเนิน (บางส่วน), ถนนพลแสน (บางส่วน), ถนนยมราช (บางส่วน), ถนนอัษฎางค์ (บางส่วน), ถนนจอมพล (บางส่วน), ถนนมหาดไทย (บางส่วน) และถนนสรรพสิทธิ์ (บางส่วน) เทศบาลนครนครราชสีมา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มูลค่างาน 314,000,000 บาท ณ ห้อง Virgo ชั้น 3 โรงแรมมิราเคิล แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น

On November 14, 2019, Mr. Tawan Tanwatcharaphan, Managing Director of Srichonlathorn Co., Ltd., signed a contract on the overhead-to-underground cable conversion according to Power Distribution System Improvement Project in Major Cities Phase 1 (Lot 4), distance between: Prajak Road, Chainarong Road, Ratchanikul Road (partially), Ratchadamnoen Road (partially), Phon Saen Road (partially), Yommarat Road (partially), Atsadang Road (partially), Chomphon Road (partially), Mahadthai Road (partially) and Sanpasit Road (partially) Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality, Nakhon Ratchasima, valued at 314,000,000 baht. The contract signing ceremony took place at Virgo room, 3rd floor, Miracle Grand Convention Hotel.

วันที่ 6 ตุลาคม 2562 คุณตะวัน ตันวัชรพันธ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ศรีชลธร จำกัด ร่วมลงนามสัญญาจ้างเหมากับ คุณอนุโลม อุตมะพันธุ์ รองผู้ว่าการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค ในงานก่อสร้างสายเคเบิลใต้ดิน ระบบ 115 เควี บริเวณหน้าสถานีไฟฟ้าเชียงใหม่ 2 จำนวน 4 วงจร และงานก่อสร้างปรับปรุงระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้า 22 เควี ช่วงลอดใต้แม่น้ำปิง จ.เชียงใหม่ ตามโครงการพัฒนาระบบส่งและจำหน่ายระยะที่ 1 และโครงการเพิ่มความเชื่อถือได้ของระบบไฟฟ้าระยะที่ 3 มูลค่างาน 375,100,000 บาท ณ โรงแรมมิราเคิล แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น

On October 6, 2019, Mr. Tawan Tanwatcharaphan, Managing Director of Srichonlathorn Co., Ltd., and Mr. Anulom Utamaphan, Deputy Governor of the Provincial Electricity Authority, joined together to sign a turnkey contract for the Laying of 115 kV Underground Cables in front of Chiang Mai Power Station 2, amounting 4 circuits, and the 22 KV Power Distribution System Improvement Construction under the Ping River, Chiang Mai province, according to the Transmission and Distribution System Development Project Phase 1 and the Project of Reinforcing the Reliability of the Existing Power System, Phase 3, valued 375,100,000 baht. The contract signing ceremony took place at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel.

เมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2557 นายไตรรงค์ บุตรากาศ (ซ้าย) หัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารลูกค้าธุรกิจ ธนาคารทหารไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และนายตะวัน ตันวัชนพันธ์ (ขวา) กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท ศรีชลธร จำกัด ร่วมลงนามในข้อตกลงสินเชื่อหมุนเวียน โดยทางธนาคารทหารไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ให้การสนับสนุนสินเชื่อ จำนวนเงิน 426 ล้านบาท เพื่อเสริมสภาพคล่องด้านการดำเนินธุรกิจให้กับบริษัท ศรีชลธร จำกัด ซึ่งปัจจุบันเป็นผู้ดำเนินการธุรกิจงานปรับปรุงระบบจำหน่าย และระบบสายส่งไฟฟ้ากับคู่ค้าหลักในกลุ่มการไฟฟ้า

On May 28, 2014, Mr. Trairong Butrakart (left), Chairman of SME Customer Service of TMB Bank Public Company Limited and Mr. Tawan Tanwatchanaphan (right), Managing Director of Sricholathorn Company Limited, joined together to sign a revolving credit agreement in which TMB Bank Public Company Limited provides loans of 426 million baht to increase business liquidity and operation of Srichonlathorn Company Limited, which is currently the operator of the power distribution system and transmission line system improvement projects in partnership with key partners in the electricity sector.
